BL Bajaj is the Founder and Managing Director of Dynamic Orbits.
BL has rich academic background. He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a Fellow member of Indian Management Association.
BL has around 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Cross Border Business Development, M&A and General Management. Before promoting Dynamic Orbits, he was Director of Business Development with Swiss MNC, Ciba Specialty Chemicals and has occupied top management positions in other leading Indian Corporate Houses.
He is widely travelled across the globe and has been an active member of several Chambers of Commerce in India. He has been widely covered by Indian media for his professional achievements. He nicely combines experience of working on both sides of the table-as an advisor and as industry player.
He has advised several large multinationals and Indian Corporate on Cross Border transactions and Growth Management and has an excellent networking in Indian Corporate sector.
